Your access information will change slightly for improved security and performance. Please change your email client software settings as noted below:
- Incoming Mail Server Settings:
- mail.yourdomain.com (NOTE: do NOT use mail.greenbaynet.com) Please type carefully!
- SSL IMAP4 (only use if directed to by IT professional) - Port 993
- Standard IMAP4 - Port 143
- SSL POP3 (only use if directed to by IT professional) - Port 995
- Standard POP3 - Port 110
- Outgoing Mail Server Settings:
- mail.yourdomain.com (NOTE: do NOT use smtp.greenbaynet.com, smtp.yourdomain.com, smtp.anythingelse.com or anything else like it) Please type carefully!
Port 587 (using SSL/TLS only if directed to by IT professional)
- Username Entry
- yourusername@yourdomain.com (and of course replace .com with .net, .org or whatever completes your proper email address)
- Webmail Address (Note: may require port 2095 opened on your corporate firewall)
