Here are some Frequently Asked Questions about Green Bay Net's email service.

 

"I can't send and/or receive email! What is the problem?"

The most common cause of not being able to send and/or receive email is that your quota is full. In other words, there's too many emails in your mailbox. Many people, don't realize that when you delete an email from your Inbox, it is not deleted forever, but instead it goes to your Trash folder. In order to empty your Trash folder and clear some space in your mailbox, click on 'Purge' next to your Trash folder in the left column of your webmail interface. If your mailbox was full it may take up to an hour for our server to refresh and allow you to use your email again.
