Note: If you have your own website/domain email, click here

Utilize Green Bay Net WebMail

  1. Visit our Home Page http://www.greenbaynet.com
  2. Log on to your email account by entering your username@greenbaynet.com and password
  3. View, send, receive, and organize your email messages

Use 3rd party software to access your email over IMAP (or POP)

Email Software such as Windows Mail/Outlook Express and Mozilla Thunderbird can be used to download your email to your PC, however Green Bay Net does not recommend them for average users. Server settings are listed below:

Incoming Mail
mail.greenbaynet.com
Secure IMAP4 (best choice)
Port 993
Secure POP3
Port 995
Outgoing Mail
mail.greenbaynet.com (port 587)

Unencrypted IMAP and POP3 are also available on ports 143 and 110, respectively, but these are obsolete and not recommended.

Note: You must authenticate using username@greenbaynet.com and password to send email. Failure to do so will likely result in your messages being tagged as "SPAM"
