realZtr.com - Green Bay Net's humble first attempt at putting our spare time into a free real estate website is really taking off!

Remember, we only re-launched this site a month ago. We started from ZERO. This site allows anyone - from professional real estate agents with decades of experience to the adventurous young couple looking to flip houses to families just looking to save a few dollars on listing fees. We have some pretty impressive statistics as far as traffic, but traffic stats are difficult to explain and understand.

As of today, with only a few weeks under its belt, realZtr.com has 241 listings. Even more impressive is that it is taking off around the country. We added listings in our 25th U.S. State! We think this is really great!

It's exciting, but we still have a long way to go. We plan on hitting 1000 listings before the end of 2007. You can help us by introducing your friends to this great service. You can add our Facebook Application to your Facebook profile, and, of course, you can list your own property.

We also recently launched a search engine plug-in that works on both the Mac and Windows versions of (our favorite web browser) Firefox. The search plug-in is listed at Mycroft. This is a great site listing hundreds of great Firefox search plug-ins.

To install the search plug-in, simply click on this link! You'll see a link on that page entitled realZtr.com ZIP Code Search. Click on that link, and it will be installed automatically.

This search engine plug-in will allow you to go to your Firefox search box (or just press CTRL-K on Windows or Command-K on the Mac) and simply enter a ZIP code that you'd like to have realZtr.com search for listings!

It's so easy, even JMACK can do it!

Important Note: This version does NOT work in Microsoft's Internet Explorer because it chooses for some reason to not allow the type of search we are using. We're hoping to update the plug-in to allow usage of Internet Explorer. We'll keep you posted!

We've created a Facebook application for our real estate site realZtr.com! You can add this application to your very own Facebook page just by logging into your Facebook account, then clicking on the realZtr.com application profile page. Once installed, it will appear under your Facebook Applications in the left-hand menu.
